to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date and update it within 48 hours if you change or deactivate your mobile number and email to ensure delivery of emergency communications;
to comply with all applicable laws and the legal rights of others;
to only upload and share data via the Services for which you own all required rights;
that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device;
to only use the Services to communicate with others (including email and text) when you have their consent;
to use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services;
to keep passwords and all other login information confidential;
to be responsible for all activity conducted through your BlueCard Account;
to promptly notify us if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any illegal or unauthorized activity or a security breach involving your account or (if you are a BlueCard for Education customer) any of your authorized users’ accounts, including any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username, password, or account; and
to comply in all respects with all applicable terms of any third party applications that you access or subscribe to in connection with the Services.
if you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if greater);
in any manner that may harm minors or that interacts with or targets people under the age of thirteen;
to generate or facilitate unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam;
to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others;
for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose;
to access, search, or create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (like "scraping");
to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
to sublicense, resell, time share or similarly exploit the Services;
to alter, disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services;
to test or reverse-engineer the Services in order to find limitations or vulnerabilities;
to permit any third party that is not an authorized user to access or use a username or password for the Services;
to share, transfer or otherwise provide access to an account designated for you to another person;
to gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks or to defeat, avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, or otherwise circumvent any software protection or monitoring mechanisms of the Services;
to access or use the Services in order to build a similar or competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Services;
to store, transfer or use contact or other user information obtained from the Services (including email addresses and phone numbers) to contact authorized users outside of the Services without their express written permission or authority or to create or distribute mailing lists or other collections of contact or user profile information for authorized users for use outside of the Services; or
to authorize, permit, enable, induce or encourage any third party to do any of the above.
